True Worship

1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.” – Roman.12:1-2

Oh Most Holy God

Your eyes are pure to behold evil

So let our true worship be

A sacrifice of body, soul and spirit

Fitting for the King of kings!

Not that of Cain

Lest we perish and die

But that of faithful Abel

In whose sacrifice

The fire of God delight. Amen.

I don’t think I have ever looked forward to spring like this year before. And now that it has arrived, I am absolutely loving the re-birth, creation coming to life again after a dark, dormant winter. I’m loving the fact that I wake up to see the sun shining through my window.

There is something about spring that raises my fascination of God’s glory and majesty. Somehow it gives me a small taster of Genesis and just makes me feel like I just want to praise Him for who He is.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” – Ecclesiastes.3:11
